Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements

We do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances. However, a replacement may be provided only if the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must record a clear 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Without an unboxing video as proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Reporting Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Our team will review the request and, upon approval after verification, assist you with a replacement.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, only if the order has not been shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not possible and the request is approved.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be considered.
  • Products purchased during sale or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
