Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email or contact details.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your contact and address details are accurate to avoid any delays.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damages & Replacement

We take utmost care in packaging your products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement may be arranged.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must record a clear 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Without an unboxing video as proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. Only replacements are offered in case of damaged or defective products, subject to verification and approval.
